Marketing Specialist

RTI is looking for someone who embodies these traits and is motivated to make a significant impact. Company growth and change necessitate a new approach to marketing and additional help in current processes. Responsibilities include areas of creativity AND process management. Tasks will include 1) Marketing activities through our websites, emails, social media and other outlets and 2) Working with outside salespeople to transfer and organize information. Our company’s culture values being flexible, team-oriented and embracing responsibility.

Regular activities will include:

  • Creation and management of social content
  • Distribution of digital and print media
  • Online auction process support
  • Contribution to auction activities

Should be proficient in:

  • WordPress
  • Adobe products

Our online auction business has nearly doubled each of the last 2 years and we’re just getting started. We’re looking to increase our market share in the Syracuse, Cortland, Ithaca and Binghamton areas with the right person to spearhead our efforts.

With RTI you’ll spend a few weeks training, a few months in apprenticeship and then, when you’ve proven yourself, you’ll be turned loose to win business and produce without limits.
